All mathematics majors who are required to take Learning Support must also complete MSCC 1300: First Year Experience, and the degree program will require 63 credit hours.
Note: Students who wish to pursue a concentration in actuarial science available at the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga; Middle Tennessee State University; or Tennessee State University should complete ECON 2100 Principles of Macroeconomics and ECON 2200 Principles of Microeconomics to fulfill the requirement in Social/Behavioral Sciences.
