This course is a study of the following types of asexual propagation: layering, cuttings, grafting, budding, and dividing. Students learn to perform asexual (seed) propagation of ornamental plants; select, use, and maintain equipment and supplies used in plant propagation; and choose the correct propagation method for a variety of ornamental plants.
