MATH 1130 - College Algebra3 sem hrs cr
This course is designed primarily for students majoring in non-science degrees. Topics include functions and graphs, linear and quadratic equations, inequalities, polynomials, rational expressions, exponents, radicals, and exponential and logarithmic functions. Prerequisite: MATH 1000 with a grade of “C” or better, or MATH 1005 with a grade of “C” or better. This course may not substitute for MATH 1710 .
In rare and unusual circumstances, a course prerequisite can be overridden with the permission of the Curriculum lead for the discipline.
