BUS 2710 - Principles of Management

This course is a study of the management functions of planning, organizing, staffing, directing, and controlling. Special emphasis is placed on the evolution of managerial thought, organizational behavior, managerial ethics, and social responsibilities. Case-study methodology is used to emphasize the applicability of material covered. Prerequisite: BUS 1210 or permission of the appropriate Dean.
