BUS 2500 - Human Resources Management

This course is the study of the organization, functions, and administration of a human resources management department. Topics covered include personnel recruitment, selection, training, placement, and promotion; employee compensation and benefits; employee performance appraisal; and the laws affecting the human resources function. Prerequisite: BUS 1210 or permission of the appropriate Dean.
