BUS 2220 - Business Communications

This course is a study of the principles of effective written and oral business communications. Emphasis is placed on the composition and formatting of business correspondence including good/routine news, bad news, and persuasive messages. Prerequisite: ENGL 1010 and either INFS 1150 or INFS 2010.
