CST 2400 - Data Structures4 sem hrs cr
This course examines the basic concepts of data including the abstract data type, lists, sets, stacks, queues, B-trees binary trees, AVL trees, heaps, hash tables, and other complex structures. Sorting techniques and data management are also covered. A structured programming language is the primary tool for implementation. Prerequisite: CST 1400 or permission of the appropriate department chair. Recommended CST 2450.
