PHED 1040 - Dance Exercise

1 sem hr cr (2 hours per week)

This course is designed for conditioning in which the student works vigorously on flexibility, muscle toning, and cardiovascular fitness through choreographed music routines. Special attention is given to proper nutrition and fitness principles.
